Earth was created around 4 milliard years ago. At that time, Earth still a giant hot gases planet. There isn't any land, sea, even living thing. There's only hot magma everywhere.
This condition never change until around 500 million years after Earth's born. After 500 million years after Earth's born, the "liquid rocks" and magma on Earth start become harden. After the harding process, suddenly carbon dioxide and water vapor go away from the inner part of Earth and form thick giant cloud which covers all of the Earth surface and downpour the first rain which will end thousand years after that.
This first rain is believed as the longest time rain ever fall. This is because water will evaporate rapidly when it reach Earth surface due the extremely high temperature. This is the cause of why Earth become cooler than when it was a hot planet.
Thousand years after the first rain start, it suddenly stop. This is because Earth has become cooler than before. The appearance of Earth surface also changes. This rain not only cool down Earth surface temperature, but also it's surface appearance which has become a giant ocean that surrounds the largest continent ever formed, "Pangaea".
Pangaea is the largest continent ever formed. Pangaea is the origin of five continents which are known now. This is because Pangaea consist of these five continents which were connected at that time.
Based on "The Continental Drift Theory", the formation of five continents starts from the break of Pangaea. This break was cause by the move of tectonic plates in Earth. These tectonic plates move slowly (around 3 until 5 centimeters per year). But, this move has break Pangaea into two smaller continents, Laurasia and Gondwana only in millions years time
Then, more breaks are happened. Long after that, these continent become the continents which we know now. At the first time, there isn't any evidence. Long time after that, an evidence was found. Fossils record shows that there're three kind of stegosaurs in three continents, Stegosaur (America), Huayangusaur (Asia), and Kentrosaur (Africa). These stegosaurs fossils shows that these stegosaur are almost similar. But how they can be scattered so far? Maybe it because these dinosaurs migrate from one place to another when the continents are connected each other (Pangaea). Beside that, some of each continents's coastline show similarities. This coastline shows that these continents are connected each other and form The Super-Continent Pangaea.
moon is Earth's satellite. this space thing is the only one satellite that Earth has. Not like the other planets which have 2 or more satellites. Although some planets are don't have satellite.
Moon contains many iron and the other metals in it. This iron has made the Moon hard enough for collide with meteorites, although Moon doesn't have atmosphere for it protection. The density of iron and the other metals are high. Even, this density is estimated higher than the density of iron and the other metals that contained in Earth. This opinion may right. It because if suppose if two same size meteorite hit Earth and Moon, the crater that was cause by the meteorite collision will be bigger in Earth surface than in Moon surface, although Earth is protected by it's atmosphere. You can see on the Moon surface, there are many craters on it's surface. But, almost all of the craters on Moon surface are smaller than the craters on Earth surface.
One of the biggest mysteries about Moon is about it's origin. Researchers Found that moon come from a collision between Earth and a meteorite around 3 milliard years ago. At this time, Earth still a giant, red, hot planet. It because at that time Earth hasn't become cold. So, Earth still doesn't really dense like now. Because the collision, dust and many materials thrown away from Earth to the space. At space, these dust and materials then condense and born a young moon. The dust and materials that form Moon was estimated come from a region which calls Pacific Ocean now. At that time, the distance between Earth and Moon is fifteen times nearer. So, at 3 milliard years ago, the appearance of Moon are bigger than now. This is because the Moon's centrifugal force from Moon is stronger than Earth Gravitation.
Due the the Moon Centrifugal force is stronger than Earth gravitation, every years, Moon become farther around 3.8 centimeters. So, around hundred years from now, people will unable to see Moon anymore. It because Moon appearance will smaller and smaller every years. As an evidence, moon appearance in 3 milliard years ago are 15 times bigger than now.
Sometimes, we find something really strange and unusual in this world. Even, sometimes your mind can't recognize it. This is what may happens if you hear this words, "Living Fossils".
Living Fossils are ordinary organisms. So, living fossils aren't a kind of fossils that resurrect. These organisms called living fossils because these organisms have body structures that may classified as "primitive". But, not all of them are have primitive body structure. Even, some of them are organisms that already exist on the world since million years ago until now.
There're only a few organisms that classified as living fossils that exist now. Almost all of them are in danger due their few populations. One of the organisms that classified as living fossils is Komodo Dragon, an endemic animal that lives in Komodo Island, Indonesia. This animal's body structures show that this animal look like a primitive reptile. Even, it's feet anatomy shows that this animal able to stand uprightly, as same as "Thecodont", the ancestor of dinosaur.
Another organisms that also classified as living fossils is Horse Shoe Crab. This animal is classified as living fossilis because it has exist since ordovician era (around 488 million years ago) until now. This was known from fossils record that shows a horse shoe crab.
Not only animal, there also primitive plants. Almost all of the primitive plants are classified as "psilopside" (ancient fern). only a few of the "psilopside" that still exist. These organisms have show that there're still some living fossils in the world.
There're still many mysteries about some living fossils. This is because there're many organisms that said already extinct million years ago, still exist in the world and survive from two catasthropes that cause dinosaur and giant reptiles before the dinosaur extinct. For example is Horse Shoe Crab and "Coelacanth". These organisms already exist long before dinosaur exist. At the first time, they were said as already extinct (for Coelacanth). Not long after that, fishermen accidentally caught this fish. So, they have survive more than millions years. But, how they survive from two catasthropes that cause almost all organisms extinct?

Water undergo a long journey at it's cycle. One of the process in water cycle is water evaporation which transform water's form from liquid into gas. This water then evaporate and go to troposphere layer (one of the atmosphere layer) and form cloud there. This cloud is divided into 3 kind of clouds based on it's height, "Low Clouds, Medium Clouds, High Clouds". This cloud is also has it's own name and it's own form.
The lowest cloud is "Stratus". This cloud usually formed at morning until day time. This cloud has a layered shape. This cloud isn't cause rain. Higher than this cloud, there's "Stratocumulus".
On the higher height, there's "Cumulus", a cloud that shaped like a thick cloud. This cloud usually formed at afternoon and potentially cause rain. Especially if this cloud accumulated and formed "Cumulonimbus", a giant rain cloud.
Higher than Cumulus are clouds which classified as "Medium Clouds" the example of medium clouds are "Altocumulus, Altostratus, etc. These clouds classified as medium clouds because their height that reach more than 2000 meters from Earth surface. Most of them have a clod shaped.
The rest of the clouds are classified as "High Clouds". These clouds height usually more than 7000 meters above earth. "Cirrocumulus and Cirrus are the example of High Clouds.
The largest cloud is "Cumulonimbus". Amazingly, this cloud stands from 1000 meters above earth surface (the height of the lowest cloud) and reach around 7600 meters height from earth. This cloud usully cause heavy rain, thunderstorm, tornado, and tropic cyclone. That's why this "Gray-Clotted Clouds" called "Rain cloud".9xujrw46da
